Vergas Ltd brings together the resources of RCBWEL & CWT Ltd
Offering the Water Industry a comprehensive manufacturing, installation and commissioning service for its range of Biogas Storage Vessels and other equipment involved in biogas generation systems, as well as odour control covers and other membrane structures.
The company's founder is Nigel Townley-Berry. Nigel is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute having successfully owned and managed many other businesses over the last 25 years.
The company will take over from, and continue the success and high standards of the previous companies, from which our clients, old and new, will continue to benefit. All manufacturing facilities have been upgraded and UK based. We have been since inception, and still remain, committed to the UK manufacture of bespoke flexible double membrane gasholders, therefore our products benefit from a very low carbon footprint.
The major purpose in this restructuring has been to enable us to more fully develop our business in the US and Europe, where our installations on over 95 sites provides an excellent track record and reference for the future.
It is our commitment to provide the WWT industry with a cost efficient well-engineered solution to harness and control these processes efficiently.
From our facilities in the UK we manufacture our complete range of flexible membrane biogas gasholders. Our site installation and commissioning team will travel worldwide to install our products. We also offer training for Clients staff in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of flexible membrane gasholders.

In the US, we have appointed WesTech Engineering Inc of Salt Lake City, Utah, as our distributor for the DuoSphere double-membrane gasholder; we have developed a 'tank-top' digester mounted double membrane gasholder, which has been very successful.
