INVESTING IN OUR COMMUNITY
We take our responsibility towards our customers, staff, and the wider community seriously, and just as our customers have grown with us, so have our people.
We foster a culture of innovation and individual responsibility and encourage personal development at every level within the business. With a global reach and development opportunities throughout the business we provide internships, apprenticeships and development schemes to our local, national and global communities.
We also believe strongly in investing in the talent of tomorrow and work closely with our local communities to support education in engineering and manufacturing. Once such example is our continued work with the Engineering Development Trust and their Education in Engineering Scheme. As part of the scheme we provide projects that enable local students to gain ‘hands-on’ work experience within engineering. All projects are designed to provide students with the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills, and build on their ability to learn independently - all excellent preparation for future careers in engineering and manufacturing.
