    Medical Waste Processing

Presently, Medical Waste Processing has different ways, such as sanitary landfill, incineration by pyralysis, autoclave sterilization, chemical disinfection, microwave sterilization, thermal decomposition, and plasma process, ect. Harden Machinery has lots of experience in medical waste processing, we offer kinds of professional shredders to handle the processing. The medical waste can be shredded into uniform in size, which is smaller than 50mm to improve the incineration efficiency. Harden’s Medical waste crusher has good sealing and corrosion resistance. Cutter blades made of German alloy material, ensure good resistance and high impact strength, It meets the high degree of mixing medical waste requirements to shred stainless steel equipment, prosthetics and other metal products. Medical waste processing system has a reasonable blades layout and high pass rate of the screen structure to ensure the crusher is not blocked.

  • Waste recovery for nuclear wastes

Nuclear waste is divided into low, medium, and high‐level waste by the amount of radiological character it contains. Low and Intermediate Level Nuclear waste is the radioactive waste resulting from nuclear facility consumables, clothing, laboratory equipment etc. This waste can adversely affect human health and the environment and therefore must be handled appropriately. Typically, the waste is kept underwater for 3-5 years until the radiation decays to levels that can be shielded by concrete in large storage casks, where it can be held for thousands of years. A challenge for the nuclear industry is the cost associated with conditioning, packaging and storage of these heterogeneous wastes. Therefore, a solution that can decrease the volume of nuclear waste, and reduce the amount of storage required, is considered a commercially advantageous option.

  • Odor control for the other industries

In many different industries manufacturing processes cause offensive odours in the process air. The Aerox-Injector can be the perfect solution to bring back emission of odours to a minimum.

  • Waste recovery for glass manufacturing

Tetronics` twin torch system has been used continuously for the commercial production of high quality silica glass for optical applications since 1992. Tetronics’ unique twin torch technology allows a plasma arc to be created in space, which enables a falling stream of high quality silica powder to be melted at the junction of the two arcs to form an ingot of high optical quality silica glass. By using plasma as a clean and controllable heat source, the product has a high degree of integrity, because the absence of a natural gas flame means the resulting product is free from bubbles, contamination and other defects.

  • Fuel and Energy Future - Advanced Plasma Oxidation

Fuels made from vegetable oil like Jatropha, Castor, Moringa, other plants and even algae and converting oil containing waste materials into fuel, are the future. World wide research and testing are going on to implement and produce so called bio fuels. EnvoPark Thailand has 2 products and applications which first reduce the costs and dangers of Bio fuel production as widely used today through esterification which is a highly toxic and flammable process compared to the PBS cracking process which does not require any chemicals at all.

  • PLAZKAT systems for treatment of emissions from the pharmaceutical industry

In connection with treatment of emissions from the pharmaceutical industry it is neccessary to observe stringent restrictions on biological air contamination. The use of PLAZKAT units in the pharmaceutical industry not only allows effective treatment of biological contaminants in the air, but also of harmful impurities.

  • Hazardous and Special Wastes

Gasplasma® uses a DC Plasma Converter to crack impurities from the raw syngas. The intense heat and strong UV light produced by the Plasma Arc neutralises hazardous wastes, such as sludge and oils, creosote and other preservatives and chemicals. Gasplasma® transforms the organic parts of the waste into a hydrogen-rich syngas that is used to generate clean, renewable power and renewable heat. The second stage Plasma Converter makes hazardous elements inert and all the inorganic materials are vitrified into an environmentally benign product called Plasmarok®.
