1-day GC & GC-MS Method Development & Advanced Techniques
First, the method development process, how to validate the method and method optimisation are examined in detail. This knowledge, along with the basic knowledge of GC & MS acquired in days 1-3 are then put to the test in case studies. The last part of the day covers a brief introduction to some advanced techniques that can be used for difficult or complex samples and include deconvolution, mass spectral interpretation, GCxGC and chemometrics.
