The course opens with a "walk-though" summary of the workflows in a metabolomics study and goes on to outline the considerations when designing a metabolomics experiment or study including sampling and quality control, metadata and sample preparation techniques.
The course provides an overview of the types of instrumentation that produce data and worked examples of data processing and statistical analysis using data analysis software, along with an overview of applications of Metabolomics.
The course will also explore the frontiers of metabolomics and advancements in the field.
This course is taught live in a virtual classroom and offers a fully interactive experience. Delegates can ask live questions; either by using their microphone or by typing into the Q&A/chat boxes.
