Tom Anderson, Director Facilities & Properties

Peninsula Regional Medical Center, a non-profit, 288 bed hospital at the hub of the Peninsula Regional Health System, is a 116-year-old, fully Joint Commission accredited tertiary care facility featuring Delmarva’s widest array of specialty and sub-specialty services.

Dana Schneider, Managing Director, Energy and Sustainability Projects

Dana Schneider is the Managing Director for Energy & Sustainability Programs. She is currently working on deep energy retrofits and various other energy/sustainability projects for facilities and buildings in the Northeast region. Some of the buildings in her portfolio include the Empire State Building and Lincoln Center for Performing Arts.

Gary Levitan, Senior Energy and Sustainability Manager

Gary Levitan CEM, CDSM currently serves as the Senior Manager for Energy and Utilities for Hudson’s Bay Company. His responsibilities include managing the entire energy and utility budget for all three retail banners of the organization, including Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor in the U.S., and The Bay in Canada. He is also responsible for managing and financing all capital projects relating to energy and utilities for the organization.

Hakon Mattson, Director of Energy Management & Facilities

Hakon Mattson has developed a comprehensive 5 year sustainability roadmap with Energy Leaderboard for 8 million ft² of office and data center space; achieved LEED or Energy Star Certification for over 2.5 million ft² of office and data center space, Energy Efficiency Projects resulting in 6 million kilowatt hours ($550,000) of savings a year, Water Efficiency Projects resulting in 15 million gallons ($100,000) of savings a year and established a My Energy Star Partnership as a means of engaging and educating Anthem’s 45,000 associates.

Lindsay Wilkinson, Director Environmental Sustainability

The environmental impact of our hotels is managed through every stage of the hotel life cycle by IHG Green Engage. IHG Green Engage tracks the use of energy, carbon and water and the management of waste in our properties along with the associated costs. The system helps us fulfill our important commitment to doing business responsibly and, in turn, this stops hotels losing money on energy costs.

MaryAnn Ibeziako, Director of Engineering and Energy

MaryAnn directs the overall energy program at the University of Maryland, College Park as well as providing campus-wide engineering support with regards to design standards, commissioning, energy modeling, and the Utility Master Plan. She directs all aspects of the university’s utility needs including administration of the $60M annual utility budget and forecasting, the university’s third party party operated Combined Heat and Power Plant.
