The Call for Abstract is extended until JUNE 30, 2016.

  • Paper manuscripts and PowerPoint presentations must be submitted online before October 15, 2016. PowerPoint presentations uploaded on the website will not be used for onsite presentation.
  • The format of the conference allows for a total of 20 minutes presentation (including a 5 minutes question and answer period).
  • Presenters must register on or before September 15, 2016 in order to guarantee the presenter’s place in the program schedule. Conferences rely on registration fees from all categories of attendees for financial sustainability. A preferential registration fee is set for presenters in recognition of their special contribution to the conference. That reduced fee allows a presenter all conference benefits extended to full delegates, including lunches on the trade show floor.
