Data analysis and visualization tools for groundwater modeling

by C Tech Development Corporation     based in Henderson, NEVADA (USA)

Groundwater and Solute Transport modeling is a sub discipline of environmental sciences with unique needs. Modeling has long utilized 3D simulations, but the ability to visualize the results has lagged far behind the simulation technology. EVS-PRO and MVS have long offered professional level presentation tools worthy of the current state-of-the-art in modeling, and EnterVol now opens that door to GIS professionals around the world. Visualization of groundwater and solute transport modeling results can be performed from third party modeling systems such as USGS MODFLOW, MT3D, GMS©, Groundwater Vistas and Visual MODFLOW© using C Tech’s tools to convert these modeling outputs into EFF format. In conjunction with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and IT Group, C Tech performed the visualization and animation of the output from a Groundwater Vistas MODFLOW and MT3D99 simulation of a large industrial complex in the central valley area of California.  This site exhibits highly channelized flow which is evidenced by the flow paths. Note that flow in the lower aquifer crosses underneath the upper channels at about 30 degrees!

Crusher for Construction Waste Industries

by DSMAC Group     based in Zhengzhou, CHINA

The resource on the earth is limited, and most of these resources are not renewable. Civil engineering is the largest exchange capacity activities for nature and annually concrete consumption is 9 billion tons, a large number of material production and use, takes away a lot of resources. In recent years, along with the development of urban infrastructure construction, the building garbage dumps after removal increasing, including concrete content of about 85%. The world gradually prohibit the use of natural sand mining, but urban infrastructure construction development growing, artificial sand market also gradually revealed. Precisely for this opportunity, as the mining industry leader, DSMAC devote ourselves to research concrete crushing system.

Laboratory Analytical - Density Concentration Tables

by Mettler - Toledo Int. Inc     based in Greifensee, SWITZERLAND

With predefined formulas or concentration tables the density meter converts the measured density value automatically into the desired concentration unit. The density meters from Mettler Toledo have already built in formulas and concentration tables for the most common applications.

NAPL Fingerprinting Analysis

by Sitelab Corporation     based in West Newbury, MASSACHUSETTS (USA)

Sitelab's mobile laboratory was used by a client at a former oil refinery in Kansas and at a large tank farm in Massachusetts. The UVF data was used to delineate and map subsurface plumes of NAPL. Oil samples were collected from monitoring wells and analyzed for their GRO/DRO or VPH/EPH content.

Pure drinking water solutions for laboratories

by Pure & Secure, LLC.     based in Lincoln, NEBRASKA (USA)

For 40 years our water distillers have been used in laboratories throughout the world to produce high-purity distilled water. Not only are our stainless steel systems durable and reliable, but they waste much less water and are less expensive than the other brand of popular laboratory water distillers. Whether your facility is a medical, dental or research laboratory, our water distillers can be configured to meet any grade of water that you need. Simply tell us what grade of water you need to achieve and we will configure the best system to meet your specific needs.

Laboratory Weighing - Pipette Calibration

by Mettler - Toledo Int. Inc     based in Greifensee, SWITZERLAND

To ensure data integrity regular pipette performance testing and pipette calibration are fundamental to monitor the accuracy of your pipettes. Testing pipette performance with a balance plays a critical part in this testing approach. METTLER TOLEDO offers solutions for occasional performance testing up to professional pipette calibration according to ISO8655. We can support you in finding the right mix between self made pipette calibration and professional service support tailored to your needs.

Application package raw materials

by Fluxana GmbH Co. KG     based in Bedburg-Hau, GERMANY

Fusion technology is ideal for analysing oxidic materials like minerals or raw materials. It performs with the highest precision possible in xrf sample preparation. However, many laboratories cannot specify exactly what material they have to analyse. Therefore FLUXANA has created a wide range oxidic application program to allow complete analysis of the unknown material. The concentration ranges and elements of interest can be adapted to customer needs. It contains all parts to perform a complete raw material (oxidic materials) calibration with 14 elements for cement, glass, ceramic and raw materials industry. FLUXANA application packages include always the sample preparation method. All packages are running in our application laboratory. You are always free to send your samples for testing free of charge. If you combine our application packages with our sample preparation machines FLUXANA garanties the analytical performance of the package like a contract.

Chemical Water Treatment for membrane treatments

by Kurita     based in Ludwigshafen, GERMANY

Membrane units, in our days are widely used in the water pre-treatment preparation and are becoming one of the most important technologies in the production of high pure water. Nevertheless they often face problems with scaling and fouling and are therefore limited by frequent maintenance, downtime and high costs. Our treatment programs are specifically designed for membrane units like reverse osmosis, ultra- and nanofiltration and enable to remove or preventive control scaling and fouling. Our main target is to run these plants under environmentally friendly and beneficial economic conditions. Special attention is given to an efficient utilization of energy as well as saving precious water. Kurita develops an efficient and effective treatment concept achieving an optimal economic operation and a maximum operational reliability of a plant.

Infrared Sources for Capnography

by Axetris Ag     based in Kaegiswil, SWITZERLAND

Capnography is the monitoring of the concentration or partial pressure of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the respiratory gases. The CO2 concentration during a single breath is measured in a high temporal resolution to monitor the condition of the lungs.

Nitrogen production

by ESCO International     based in Glan Conwy, UNITED KINGDOM

It is used pure or in mixture for various industrial and hospital analyses and quality control

Casting Inspection

by Geomorph Instruments     based in Piraeus, GREECE

Non destructive test methods are highly effective in the detection of casting defects which are not always visible on the surface. X-ray is a well-known tool for casting quality control. Digital radiography technology takes these tests to the next level. Excellent resolution and dynamic range enable NDT technicians to see the smallest bubbles and the tiniest of cracks. Non destructive test methods employing portable Digital Radiography systems can serve as an efficient solution in facilities that require both laboratory and onsite inspection.
