Through the campaign, employees planned their charitable giving (choosing their organizations and determining the amount they wanted to donate), and Cenovus matched their donations, dollar for dollar. The number of charities that received donations was 595, reaching organizations in communities across Canada.
The annual campaign is an opportunity for employees to plan their charitable giving, but it doesn't end with the campaign. Cenovus matches any donation over $25 that employees make throughout the year to a maximum of $25,000 per employee, per year.
