The annual IAPWS conference takes place in Dresden from September 11 to 16. IAPWS stands for International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam. It is expected that a technical guidance document about “Application of Film Forming Amines in Fossil, Combined Cycle, and Biomass Power Plants” will be released– a big step ahead in the film forming technology.
Furthermore, there is a presentation of Paul McCann (from Uniper) about “Experience with the application of film forming amine in the Connah´s Quay triple stage CCGT power plant operating in cycling mode” – a study about Kurita´s newly developed product Cetamine G850.
