Stephen Koenigsberg is Vice President of The Adventus Group. Prior to joining Adventus, he was a Principal at ENVIRON, a Partner at WSP, and a Founder and V.P. of R&D at Regenesis. Steve has worked as a project team member on numerous in-situ and on-site treatment protocols and has published over 150 technical articles focusing on bioremediation and environmental biotechnology. Steve received his M.S/Ph.D. from Cornell University in 1979 and is an Adjunct Professor at The California State University at Fullerton where he also serves as Chairman of the Dean's Advisory Council. Steve recently received a Lifetime Achievement Award from The AEHS Foundation in 2010.

Robert Kelley is Vice President of Technology Development for ARS. Bob has over 25 years of experience with in-situ remediation technologies and is recognized world-wide for his contributions to the field having worked on thousands of designs and successful projects using chemical oxidation/reduction; and biological remediation technologies. Bob developed a comprehensive perspective on contaminated site remediation as an environmental researcher, consultant and service provider and has published over 30 peer-reviewed scientific journal articles, over 60 technical reports and papers, and has presented over 1,000 technical papers and seminars. Bob received his B.S. degree in Microbiology from Virginia Tech and his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Michigan State University. He is a Adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology and has held industry positions with both Carus Chemical and Regenesis.

John Sohl, CEO and co-founder of COLUMBIA Technologies utilizes his 35 years of experience in senior technical project management and business development to direct the innovative business solutions fusing technology and geochemistry in the growing field of environmental services. John holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and served 20 years in the U.S. Navy on nuclear submarines after graduating in 1972. In 1987 John received an MBA from Chaminade University in Honolulu. Upon leaving the service in 1992, John served in senior management positions with several small environmental compa- nies until co-founding COLUMBIA Technologies in 1999 with the goal of advancing state-of-the-art process in data acquisition and delivery for underground site assessments.
