Successful startup of a high temperature gas flare for industrial gas in summer
During energy production process in a paper mill in north of Sweden waste gases were generated – in our case so called strong gas (CNCG) coming from a kiln and methanol gas. Under some circumstances both gases need to be burned in a safe and low-emission way. Ennox supplied the right high temperature flare to process both gases. The project was very special because of flare location in 80m height on a roof and extreme climate conditions in north of Sweden.
