AECOM Acquires RETEC
WESTFORD, Mass. – AECOM Technology Corporation, a leading global provider of professional technical and management support services in the transportation, facilities and environmental markets, has announced the acquisition of The RETEC Group, Inc., an environmental management consulting and engineering firm with over 400 staff and 25 offices across the United States. RETEC will be integrated with AECOM’s ENSR subsidiary, which is an environmental service platform serving public and private sector clients worldwide. The combination of the two environmental service leaders forms a leading environmental, health and safety firm.
ENSR offers a full range of comprehensive environmental, health and safety services as the two companies merge operations to provide seamless service delivery, project management depth and expanded technical expertise for clients worldwide. The combined firm has a strong presence throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
