We are excited to announce that we will be at the Process Expo in Chicago, September 19-22. We will be showcasing how we can help food processors improve wastewater treatment and meet permit requirements without making changes to infrastructure. Learn about how we improved sludge movement using directional aerators in industrial wastewater ponds. Facing sludge challenges in your pond? We canhelp you too. Interested in learning more? Stop by Booth #2533 or give us a call at +1 (952) 448-6789
Join us at booth #1116 at theIE Expo presented by IFATat the Shanghai New International Expo Centre May 4-6, 2017. We will be there to answer questionsabout how our Aire-Triton can help support your municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems. We will also be able to answer your Pulp and Paper specific industry questions, as we have developed a Pulp & PaperAire-O2 Triton process aerator/mixer that excels in pulp and paper wastewater environments.
Most people know that their pond needs oxygen, but it may be a challenge to add it. Subsurface aeration is an easy way to add oxygen and improve the water quality. “A pond not only needs to absorb oxygen from the air but it also needs to release carbon dioxide and maybe hydrogen sulfide among other gases. Hydrogen sulfide is produced by anaerobic (without oxygen) bacteria breaking down organic matter in the bottom of the pond. The pond bottom has less oxygen than the upper layers of the pond especially...

Probiosphere products have been chosen for a full scale test in a 50,000 cubic meters per day wastewater facility. It is obviously a challenge to lower suspended matter from an aerated lagoon with such flow rate. The product must not consume the water alkalinity; the sludge must be biodegradable in order to lower cost resulting from sludge production management. ARCHAEA is the right product meeting all the precedent requirements in cold water. The testing is ongoing, results to come soon.
