Aereon Names Saeid Rahimian CEO

Austin, TX -- Aereon, a global provider of emission control equipment and custom engineered solutions, as well as aftermarket parts, sales and field services for the oil and gas industry, announced today Saeid Rahimian has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Saeid brings a wealth of relevant experience to the company, which greatly complements the strengths of the existing senior leadership team,” said John U. Clarke, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for Aereon and partner with Turnbridge Capital, LLC, the company’s primary equity sponsor “In addition, Saeid shares Aereon’s vision of establishing a premier equipment and services supplier focused on providing emission control solutions to upstream and midstream customers in the U.S. and global markets.”

Rahimian joins Aereon after most recently serving as President and CEO of Gardner Denver Energy Group, a division of KKR sponsored Gardner Denver Inc. Rahimian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Evansville University and a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University.
