Agreement between RCM SpA and Macro srl
MACROCLEAN Srl is the new society between RCM and Macro srl where all the projects of urban sweepers by Macro merge into; Macro is the responsible for their production and commercialization.
With this operation the range of RCM, through Macroclean, is completed with machines for the great industry and municipalities with big Macro sweepers that represent the last evolution in the range of the mechanical-suction machines.
The agreement also provides the sharing of an industrial and commercial plan in the scrubber driers field, using both points of strength for a reinforcement in the market.
