AGREEMENT’S SYNERGIES TO BENEFIT ANODIZERS, METAL FINISHERS
Tri-Mer Corporation, a manufacturer of advanced air pollution control systems and auxiliary equipment, and Gary Kriesch & Associates, LLC, a specialist in the design and manufacture of anodizing systems, have established a joint working agreement, according to Tri-Mer CEO John Pardell.
The working agreement will integrate resources from both companies, fusing their diverse strengths to bring a unique combination of specialized knowledge and manufacturing resources to the marketplace.
The contributions of Gary Kriesch & Associates will derive from the principal’s 35 years experience in the design and development of Type I, II and III anodize and other metal finishing systems, for OEMs and contract finishers throughout the Americas and Eurasia.
The contribution of Tri-Mer Corporation stems from the company’s 40+ years as a manufacturer of air pollution control systems for anodizing and other metal finishing operations, experience which includes the turnkey design and manufacture of complete lines, tanks, ventilation, duct systems, and workstations. The company is capable of pre-assembling even the most complex systems at its 300,000 sq. ft. manufacturing campus in Owosso, Michigan.
Given their respective resources, the principals believe the joined entity is both unique and uniquely capable of satisfying customers’ needs for consistency, throughput, process flexibility and system reliability.
Tri-Mer Corp. and Kriesch & Associates will share engineering and production-related assets to serve customers who have requirements for new finishing lines, line upgrades, line extensions, or line re-locations.
