Ahlstrom Corporation, a global leader in nonwovens and specialty papers, announces price increases on its wiping fabrics as a consequence of the rise in raw material costs.
The price increase will affect all wiping fabrics worldwide and will be effective as of January 1, 2011. The detailed actions will be discussed with customers through the appropriate business teams.
Ahlstrom offers a broad range of fabrics designed for consumers and industrial wipes applications. These products are manufactured by Ahlstrom's Home and Personal business area in several production sites across Europe, North America and South America.
