Air Products to update product and energy surcharges for liquid and bulk industrial gas products in North America
Effective July 1, 2008, Air Products (NYSE:APD) will update product and energy surcharges for all of its liquid and bulk products in North America. These updates are being implemented as a result of the continued extraordinary cost increases for diesel fuel, natural gas and power during the last few months. Diesel fuel, natural gas and power make up a substantial portion of the costs incurred to produce and deliver industrial gases.
