Air & Waste Management Association presents fourth conference on vapor intrusion

Pittsburgh, PA (October 16,2008) The Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) will present “Vapor Intrusion 2009,” January 27-30, 2009, in San Diego, CA. This conference will examine the latest developments and innovations in vapor intrusion.

“Vapor intrusion is an indoor air quality issue that can have a significant impact on all building types,” said Adrianne Carolla, A&WMA Executive Director. “This conference is a great opportunity to discuss this growing problem with industry leading scientists, engineers, regulators, and attorneys with hands-on vapor intrusion experience.”

“Vapor Intrusion 2009” will cover a wide range of related topics, including regulatory developments; advancements in sampling and analysis; litigation and other legal considerations; toxicology and risk assessment; and predictive modeling.
