All New Scrubber for AC200!
The long wait is over, our all-new scrubber system is finally available to our customers.
The following benefits make it an essential option for any AC200 system:
Compared to the forced hot air-drying method used in the previous model, the new scrubber system uses a vacuum drying technique decreasing drying time by 1-2 hours.
The hot acid vapor brought by the air from the cleaning chamber is effectively cooled down by an integrated cooler and more effectively condensed to the collection bottle. The residual acid vapor is subsequently neutralized by the alkaline solution in the following bottle. These significantly reduce the amount of acid vapor the scrubber is exposed to which in turn increases the life span of the adsorbent in the cartridge.
The third bottle following the neutralization bottle is filled with a pH indicator solution. We call this bottle Indication Bottle. You can easily know when the alkaline needs to be replaced.
As a precaution, two cartridges between the Neutralization Bottle and the Indication Bottle prevent the potential acid vapor from going into the air pump if the alkaline in the Neutralization Bottle has been used up.
With a small footprint required for installation, the new scrubber system could be placed right behind the main unit.
