ANDRITZ SEPARATION enhances service offerings with new competence center in Krefeld
ANDRITZ SEPARATION, part of international technology Group ANDRITZ, opened up a modern service center in Krefeld, Germany, today in order to enhance its customer service in Germany and neighboring countries. In the new competence center, decanter and filter centrifuges, filter presses, separators, belt, disc and drum filters, as well as screens of almost any brand are modernized and repaired for customers from the food, environmental, chemical, pharmaceutical, as well as mining and minerals industries.
As a comprehensive service partner, ANDRITZ SEPARATION focuses at its new competence center in Krefeld on prompt service and reliable availability of spare parts, also for customers using other manufacturersʼ products. In order to keep possible production downtimes for customers to a minimum, the Central European market is served from Krefeld together with the existing service teams based in Cologne, Selb, Ravensburg, and Vierkirchen.
