Anthias Consulting work with charity RORO to send Gas Chromatograph to National University of Mongolia
Anthias Consulting are working with charity RORO (Recycling Organisation for Research Opportunities), to connect redundant analytical instrumentation with academic institutions around the world that do not have the necessary finance to purchase new instrumentation.
In September 2015, Diane Turner and Imran Janmohamed from Anthias worked with The Open University to send a Gas Chromatograph Flame Ionization Detector (GC-FID) to the National University of Mongolia. The instrument is currently being set up to analyse Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) along with other toxic organic compounds in the environment.
RORO is actively seeking fellow experts in the fields of GC, GC-MS, HPLC and LC-MS to donate their time and expertise to support the users of donated instrumentation via the linkedin group: https://www.linkedin.com/groups/2440963/profile
