Advanced Plasma Power (“APP”) is pleased to announce that it is a sponsor of ‘City Rocks’ charity rock concert.
City Rocks is the first major event for ‘Bear Necessities’, the title of The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Michael Bear’s, 2011 Appeal.
Bear Necessities will have a number of events running throughout 2011/2012 to raise funds for two charities, Coram and RedR.
Coram is the world’s first children’s charity, founded in 1739 by Captain James Coram, to help support vulnerable children across the UK. The Coram adoption programme has a 98% success rate and they have helped improve the lives of thousands of children all over the country during the last 270 years.
RedR is a UK based international humanitarian recruitment and training agency specialising in disaster relief. RedR trains aid workers in a range of skills to become more effective in helping people recover from disasters and rebuild every aspect of their lives.

City Rocks is the first rock concert ever to be held in the City of London. The event is taking place at the Guild Hall, London, on Tuesday 22nd February 2011. Bryan Adams will be the headline act. Supporting artists include Katie Melua and Bond, “The spice girls of classical music”.
