Aquatech Mexico, a strategic event featuring the latest trends, innovations and solutions for the mexican water industry
- The 4th edition of Aquatech Mexico, the international B2B and B2G event for the water industry, will be held from 3 - 5 September 2019 at the World Trade Centre in Mexico City.
- Cooperation with the National Association of Water and Sanitation Utilities of Mexico (ANEAS) will strengthen what this international platform has to offer.
- The 2nd edition of the Aquatech Latam Awards for new initiatives in responsible and efficient water management are now open for registration.
Some of the objectives for Aquatech Mexico 2019 include tackling the water shortage and promoting the responsible use and management of this resource using sustainable technologies, developments and innovations that positively impact the planet.
Within the 4th edition’s framework, Aquatech Mexico’s organisers recently established a partnership with the National Association of Water and Sanitation Utilities of Mexico (ANEAS) that aims to strengthen the relationship and interaction between these organisations as well as increasing ANEAS’s presence at the event.
'ANEAS is a reference point in the national water sector and its participation at the fourth edition of Aquatech Mexico will be strategic for visitors who wish to thoroughly get to know the Mexican water market, meet new partners and establish profitable commercial contacts,' said Paul St. Amour, Tarsus México Latin America Vice President.
More than 150 companies from Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the USA will attend to exhibit global solutions for local markets that focus on wastewater treatment, transport and storage, process control and automation technology, point of use, flood control, reverse osmosis systems, water recycling, pumping equipment, the manufacture and commercialisation of water purifiers, chemical products for analyses, machinery, pumps, NanoH20 membranes, software, air compressors, polyethylene piping and many more.
AquaStage an open platform on the exhibition floor will be launched that will provide free thematic seminars and workshops to all visitors as well as a Desalination Pavilion. Desalination is a growing market for both governments and the private sector, as water scarcity and water re-use become ever more pressing issues in many regions of the world.
The Aquatech Mexico Awards will be presented for the second time thanks to the interest, participation and impact of the projects presented in 2018. These awards are highly recognised in the industry and have global commercial impact. The organisers seek to contribute alternatives for tackling the various issues that the supply and treatment of this essential liquid entails. Project registrations can be submitted until 31 July 2019.
Please be aware that Aquatech Mexico will be held together with THE GREEN EXPO®, an exhibition that focuses on sustainable technologies in the fields of waste management and recycling, solutions for the efficient use of energy and the generation of energy from renewable sources as well as cutting-edge technology for the urbanisation and development of green cities. This all takes place at the same time as Intersolar Mexico, the leading global event for photovoltaic energy and production, solar thermal energy technologies and energy storage. This means the three events that make up the Sustainability Week can count on an influx of over 13,000 visitors from more than 35 countries as well as 350 exhibitors.
