Visitors to the Ashtead Technology stand (C21) at the Safety & Health Expo (NEC, 15-17th May, 2012) will be able to try out some of the latest test and monitoring instrumentation for a wide variety of occupational safety applications. Ashtead Technology is the UK’s leading specialist instrument hire company; however, both rental and purchase financial packages are now available to ensure that every customer can access the best available technology.

Ashtead Technology’s Stewart Curtis says “There will be a lot of equipment on our stand; the intention is to provide visitors with an opportunity to ‘have a go’ with some of the latest instruments for gas detection, dust monitoring, thermography and vibration monitoring because whilst the internet is a wonderful tool - and we have recently radically revamped our website – there is nothing like hands-on experience to really appreciate what an instrument can do.”

The stand will also feature a number of manufacturers including TSI Instruments with whom Ashtead Technology will be launching a new distribution agreement at the show. TSI is a market leading manufacturer of particle, dust and flow monitoring equipment and their latest technologies will be on display.

Experts from Ashtead’s highly trained team of customer support engineers will be available at the exhibition to provide free help and advice on which equipment is the most appropriate for every application, in addition to offering guidance on how to obtain the best results. The company’s new web site will be demonstrated at the event, offering users easier, faster product searches, more application information and helpful tips and advice including product videos.
