Asker, Norway -- From 1st March 2015, Atila Mellilo is the new CEO of Cambi. Current CEO, Per Lillebø, will assume the role of Chairman of Board of Directors.
The Cambi Board of Directors has named Atila Mellilo as the new CEO of the company effective immediately. Mellilo has the last two years held the position of COO at Cambi and has achieved wide insight and solid knowledge of Cambi as the world leader in its field. Mellilo’s promotion into the CEO position has been planned well in advance to ensure a smooth and controlled transition.
Per Lillebø states: “We have worked very well together, and I am confident that under Mellilo’s leadership Cambi will be in excellent hands, and our ambitious plans for the future will be expertly managed.”

Per Lillebø becomes the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, where his engagement and commitment to the company remain. Lillebø continues to be closely involved with Cambi’s strategic development by supporting the definition, implementation and delivery of Cambi’s strategic objectives.
Atila Mellilo brings many years of expertise to Cambi, having previously served as CEO, CTO and Board Member in a number of technology companies. Mellilo has achieved valuable experience and solid knowledge within the commercialization, development and delivery of advanced technologies.
