AWWA announces webcast on effective customer service


DENVER, CO -- On Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. EDT, the American Water Works Association (AWWA) will host the “Exceptional Customer Service - Planning and Delivery” webcast.

Providing exceptional customer service presents a challenge for any water utility and the webcast will help utilities develop a comprehensive customer service strategy for frontline service employees to achieve this goal. The webcast will provide examples of successful service strategies and telephone communications approaches.
