AXO Shredders opens new UK office
AXO Shredders Ltd recently opened a new European office in Bedfordshire, England.
The move was prompted by strong growth within the UK and European markets. The growth is due to new equipment being required to meet the rising demand for confidential document shredding services stemming from identity theft and recycling concerns.
With the increase in identity theft, as well as changes to privacy laws across the world, more businesses are becoming security-conscious. AXO’s Mobile Document Shredding Trucks enable a customer to shred confidential documents – as well as CDs, clothing and computer tapes – onsite at their premises. This minimises risk and gives greater piece of mind to business operators.
AXO Mobile Shredding Trucks shred very quickly, allowing the operator to be more cost effective and to earn more profit per truck than most of their competitors.
AXO’s new premises provide more space to store stock shredding machines and to substantially increase the holding of spare parts.
The Bedford location was chosen because the location is close to major roads, which improves access to UK customers. In addition its proximity to Luton Airport allows for efficient access by customers from Continental Europe visiting to view equipment. Confidential document shredding services are growing in Europe and AXO has received several orders from customers who have visited their new premises.
AXO Sales Engineer, Dave Gilberd, is excited about the move. “We’re very pleased with our new office and I’d like to welcome anyone interested in learning more about AXO shredding equipment to come in and see us anytime. We’d love to show you around.'
