In light of the European Chemicals Agency's (ECHA) recent release of Version 2.0 of its Guidance on Data Sharing, which provides assistance to companies placing substances onto the European Union (EU) market under the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation (EC regulation 1907/2006), and other developments, Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., an affiliate of The Acta Group, L.L.C., has updated its memorandum on EU and international data compensation and sharing mechanisms. This 35-page memorandum reviews data citation, compensation, and sharing provisions under REACH and Canada's pesticide data citation and compensation regulations. Alberta’s Bull Creek Wind Farm has been officially commissioned
BluEarth Renewable Inc. has officially commissioned the Bull Creek Wind Farm this week, in Alberta, Canada. The 29MW wind farm (made up of 17 GE wind turbines) has been operational since January and is expected to pump roughly $15 million CAD into Alberta’s economy while offsetting 80,000 tonnes of carbon emissions each year. Morocco’s Noor hybrid projects extend the reach of CSP
The first of these independent power projects, Noor Midelt, is envisioned as a solar power complex with a total installed capacity of 400 MW, utilizing 80–85% CSP and 15–20% PV.
