B-series Pumps are Becoming Increasingly Mobile

Source: BBA Pumps

B-series self-priming pumps have traditionally been installed in permanent systems such as those on board ships or in other industrial applications. However, requests from our customers for a mobile version have noticeably increased.

In response to this increased market demand, BBA Pumps has introduced new features whereby several different models of the B-series pumps are now also available in a mobile version.

New: open frame

BBA Pumps has recently developed a new frame for the electric-driven B-series pumps. A galvanised BF9-15 frame guarantees optimum protection for both the pump and control box. The frame is stackable and fitted as standard with forklift pockets and a central lifting point.

New: super silent canopy

For the 2 and 3-cylinder diesel driven B-series pumps, we can now provide compact sound attenuated canopies of the M10-21 type. The image shows a self-priming B70-250 high head centrifugal pump powered by a 3-cylinder liquid-cooled Perkins diesel engine.
