PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Michael Baker Jr., Inc., a unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex:BKR), announced today that the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has awarded Baker a five-year, $9.9 million multi-year contract to perform air quality and climate emissions modeling services. The contract includes development and execution of regional air quality conformity analyses, mobile source emission analyses for state implementation plans and other applications, services related to vehicle emissions inspection maintenance programs, and inventories of greenhouse gas emissions.
