Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C) is pleased to announce the launch of the Pesticide Law and Policy Blog to report on federal, state, and international regulatory, legal, and policy developments involving conventional pesticides, biopesticides, antimicrobials, and other pesticide products. The blog is available at pesticideblog.lawbc.com; users may sign up to receive e-mails of new posts to the blog at pesticideblog.lawbc.com/rss. The Pesticide Law and Policy Blog will provide a platform for the lawyers, scientists, regulatory consultants, and government and policy advisors of B&C and its consulting affiliate, The Acta Group (Acta), to share timely updates, expert insight, and brief analysis on the issues and developments critical to the success of companies in the global pesticide market.

Contributors to the blog will include James V. Aidala, Timothy D. Backstrom, Lynn L. Bergeson, Lisa M. Campbell, Sheryl Lindros Dolan, and Susan Hunter Youngren, Ph.D., with contributions from additional B&C and Acta colleagues. This elite team of highly experienced professionals, who have assisted small, medium, and large pesticide product registrants in virtually every aspect of global registration and compliance, will be sharing the most valuable information they come across on a day-to-day basis with Pesticide Law and Policy Blog readers.

This new blog joins the family of very successful blogs published by B&C -- the Nano and Other Emerging Chemical Technologies Blog and the BRAG Biobased Products Blog, which reach thousands of readers interested in knowing the vital regulatory, policy, and industry developments in nanotechnology and in biobased and renewable chemicals.
