With our new, central helpdesk, you can now quickly reach the correct contact person. No recorded message, no holding time, just real technical experts. You can reach the new helpdesk for technical issues at +49 7627 9239-888. It is open from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm (CET).

As usual you can discuss spare parts orders, maintenance appointments and service technician appointments with our customer care experts.
