In Poland, Binder+Co’s environmental technology division secured its second major order of the year, thereby consolidating its market edge in the new EU state. The new contract provides for the installation in Pila of a turnkey processing plant for 25 tons of waste glass per hour. At the heart of the plant are eight new-generation CLARITY machines for colour and KSP separating. The plant will enter service in August 2007.
On the traditional market of India, the packaging technology division will deliver another ABF packaging machine for the artificial fertiliser industry. The stainless machine will fill 1,100 bags per hour with 50kg of urea.
Binder+Co presented its processing and environmental technology at the ENTSORGA trade fair in Cologne, which took place from 24th to 27th October. The two product areas showcased their technological superiority in the processing of light materials. Twin centrepieces of the exhibition were a prototype of the CRITERION PLUS system (for the visual separation of plastics) and a BIVITEC screening machine specially designed to handle materials of low bulk weight.
