Continued growth leads to new hires, global expansion for Brady’s brand protection business

Brady a world leader in identification solutions, recently announced that it has appointed Jim Gross as vice president and general manager of its North American business. Gross brings more than 18 years of experience to the role, and most recently served as vice president and general manager of Brady’s Global People ID business, which manufactures identification security solutions and other related card products.

In his new role, Gross will be charged with leading all of the company’s business units in North America, which includes Brady US, Brady Canada, Brady Latin America, Varitronics, Brady Medical and Electromark.

“Jim has been an exceedingly valuable member of our leadership team for the past four years,” said Matt Williamson, president of Brady Americas. “He has a proven track record of reigniting innovation, focusing on the customer and driving profitable growth for the business – which is the exact formula we need to be successful in the years ahead.”

Gross joined Brady in 1995, and has held a series of roles with increased responsibility in marketing, sales, customer operations and executive leadership. He is a graduate of Marquette University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and his Master of Business of Administration in Finance.
