Brady’s lean visual pocketbook is divided into six chapters: workplace organization visuals (5S), production and inventory control visuals, standard work instruction visuals, equipment care visuals (TPM), safety visuals, facility and process visuals and kaizen continuous improvement visuals. Each chapter describes different lean visual examples accompanied by best practice photos to illustrate how visuals optimize efficiency and safety.
