Casella Monitor awarded MCERTS approval on gas analyzers
Casella Monitor, manufacturer of Ambient Air Quality gas analyzers and systems for the natural environment, has successfully attained MCERTS approval for the ML98000 Series Ambient Gas Analyzers for Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Ozone (O3) – giving UK and European customers renewed confidence in the analyzers performance and extra security that data and equipment is fully validated and traceable.

MCERTS is the Environment Agency's Monitoring Certification Scheme within which environmental measurements can be made in accordance with the Agency's quality requirements. The scheme covers a range of monitoring, sampling and inspection activities. MCERTS promotes public confidence in monitoring data and provides the industry with a proven framework for choosing monitoring systems and services that meet the Environment Agency's performance requirements.
The EN standards are: EN14211:2005 NOx, EN14625:2005 O3, EN14626:2005 CO, EN14212:2005 SO2.
