VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON and ALLENTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA – Safetec Compliance Systems, Inc., has become the chemical management solution provider for one of the nation’s most successful electric companies, PPL Corporation. To better manage its chemicals and stay ahead of regulators, PPL needed a solution that could centrally manage chemical compliance data, integrate with existing systems and corporate processes and create customizable secondary labels for chemical containers. PPL found Safetec Compliance Systems to be the best solution provider that could meet all of its chemical management solution needs.

Safetec will implement and support a web-based system providing Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Management and Chemical Compliance Services–including secondary container labeling–for PPL. Safetec has taken great measures to integrate its software with existing systems and processes of PPL’s. Hazardous material training will be provided to PPL employees by Safetec as well, per PPL’s request.
