An economical 1-2% concentration in water is effective for most cleaning applications. Typical uses include removing protein, starch, grease, fat, gum, oil and baked on soil from processing equipment, lines, tanks and filter memrbanes. Our line of cleaners can deliver the critical/precision cleaning needed to meet the most rigourous specifications for cleanliness. All of our cleaners are NSF registered, USDA-A1 cleaners and can be validated in FDA processes. Validation methods and health and safety data are available upon request. All cleaners are free of solvents, phosphates, silicates, phenols, and Substances of Very High Concern. Sample validation methods are available upon request.

IPC’s line of free-rinsing cleaners includes: Micro-90®, a multipurpose alkaline cleaner; Micro® Green Clean, a biodegradable, multi-purpose hard surface cleaner; Micro® A07, a citric acid cleaner for removing scale, mineral deposits and inorganic soils; LF2100®, a low-foam cleaner for automatic washers; SurfaceCleanse/930®, a nonionic detergent with a neutral pH; Zymit®, a low-foam, neutral dual-enzyme detergent; and Zymit® Pro, a multi-purpose enzyme and surfactant cleaner.
IPC also manufactures P-80® IFC temporary assembly lubricants which are registered with NSF for use in USDA H1 applications and meet FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, which controls lubricants in contact with food surface areas. These lubricants ease the installation of tight-fitting rubber parts such as seals, hoses, o-rings, and grommets. The lubricant dries after assembly is complete, and the part stays in place.
