Continuous oxygen deficiency monitor features long life, economical operation
An extremely economical, low-maintenance oxygen deficiency (O2) monitor is now available from PureAire Monitoring Systems. Ideal for the continuous monitoring of cryogenic gas storage areas, confined spaces, and other locations where low oxygen levels may pose a hazard to personnel, the PureAire Air Check O2 Deficiency Monitor is suitable for monitoring laboratories, clean rooms or outdoor gas pads. The instrument displays oxygen concentrations from 0.1 to 25% on a local readout and may be linked to a dedicated companion controller or most commercially available programmable logic controllers (PLCs). It operates on 24 VDC power. Other optional features include user-settable oxygen deficiency alarms with companion relays plus Modbus and Wireless 2-way communications.
The heart of the PureAire Air Check O2 Deficiency Monitor is a long-lasting zirconium type sensor, which responds to low oxygen conditions within 15 seconds (T90) and provides accurate measurements over wide temperature and humidity ranges (-4° to 122°F and 0 to 99% RH, respectively). The sensor boasts a 3 to 5 year operational life and requires an absolute minimum of maintenance.
