A CSR performance measurement framework that puts stakeholder relationships at the heart of CSR measurement is the focus of this hands-on, one-day workshop for business leaders and managers, organised by the Australian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility.

Dr Robert Boutilier, Associate at the Centre for Sustainable Community Development at Simon Fraser University, Vancouver will be facilitating the event with Dr Leeora Black, Managing Director of the Australian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility

This workshop is essential for managers working in CSR, sustainability, corporate relations, compliance or organisational development.

Participants will:
* Learn how to measure the quality of stakeholder relationships by analysing social capital
* See how stakeholder maps can help predict socio-political risk and guide community development efforts
* Learn how to understand the intersection between measurement, reporting and performance improvement

Melbourne on the 16th April at the Melbourne Business School
