In our current customer order, we have to solve a special situation.
In our current customer order, we have to solve a special situation. The shredder is installed in the basement, but the material is fed one storey above in the actual production halls. The glass is fed to the shredder by hand via a chute provided by the customer (with integrated electrically secured safety flap). After shredding, the material is collected in a container provided by the customer and then disposed of. An integrated fill level indicator monitors the current fill level of the container and stops the shredding process when the set upper limit is reached. This prevents overfilling of the container. A coupled traffic light system in the production hall shows the current status and warns in case of a machine stop.
