Our AQ VOC utilizes a Krypton Lamp Photo Ionization Detection (PID) Sensor. This means that it can measure any VOC compounds with an Ionization Potential of less than 10.6 eV. CPI worked closely with our customer to design an RTO system, including ductwork, exhaust stack, and concrete pad, which met the needs of their new multi-line coating operation. The new enclosed production area was configured as a permanent total enclosure, with the VOC laden air collected through a floor sweep system exhausted to the new 10,000 SCFM RTO.
