London, UK (PRWEB) February 29, 2012 -- The meeting will be celebrated in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan from the 27 to the 30 March 2012 and will be focused at working towards sustained HCFC reductions, promoting integrated solutions in the building sector and exploring e-learning tools for refrigeration and air conditioning engineers, service technicians and architects.
The conference will point out the potential benefits from linking the concept of sustainable buildings and/or cities to phase-out of HCFCs under the Montreal Protocol. It is expected that the summits impulse cooperation between city planners, architects and civil engineers in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector to design integrated solutions for heating & cooling including not-in-kind technologies and the use of waste and renewable energies.
Prior to the formal meetings, the attendees including Ozone Officers, RAC experts and selected architects will be given access to an interactive module in the EU Regulations that came into force in July 2006 to address the use of Fluorinated gases which affect the refrigeration and air conditioning industry worldwide. The content is presented in a state of the art course, containing the most relevant information in a summarised, understandable and easy to follow format, full of interactive content and animations, videos and reference material produced by industry experts. These have been accredited for CPD (Continuing Professional Development) by The Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers and the Construction CPD Certification Service. It is expected that the candidates would do the e-learning course and examination in either English or Russian before the meeting in their respective home countries.
Those who successfully complete the material will be awarded a Diploma during the workshop that will be carried out to address any questions regarding the learning material, the different e-learning modules or the training approaches - combination of theoretical and practical training- available. The delivery of technical qualifications such as the European F-Gas Regulations using a mixture of elearning training and on-site assessment has already proven successful in countries like the UK and Sweden and it is rapidly expanding to the rest of Europe.
It is expected that the familiarisation session will demonstrate to the members of the ECA network the usefulness, applicability and cost-efficiency of such courses in their respective countries.
elearning-training.com offers interactive courses in different topics and all of them are available via the website; The refrigeration course includes modules in Thermodynamics, the Vapour Compression Cycle, Gas properties and Laws and Pressure and Pressure Measurement. Also available are the air conditioning course, the CO2 Refrigeration course, the F-gas Regulations Course and the recently launched Pressure Testing course.
