Enhesa Officially Opens Office in Japan
Enhesa is pleased to announce the official opening of their new office in Tokyo, Japan as the most recent expansion of Enhesa’s presence in the Asia Pacific region. The new presence comes in response to proven demand for Enhesa's services in Asia, and specifically in Japan, where companies are investing in strategic regulatory compliance management programs.
The company held the Grand Opening event on 10 February 2016 at the Embassy of Belgium in Tokyo. The Grand Opening celebrated the official introduction of the office in Japan as well as the opportunity for both clients and prospects to learn about both Enhesa and EHS compliance management best practices. More than 60 corporate attendees participated in both the seminar and the following reception. The event began with the opening remarks of Belgian Ambassador Gunther Sleeuwagen. In his remarks, the Ambassador highlighted that Enhesa’s new Tokyo office launched the same year that Japan and Belgium are celebrating their 150th anniversary of diplomatic friendship.
The seminar featured a presentation by Peter Hermans, CEO of Enhesa, who shared the corporate vision for Japan. In addition, other Enhesa thought leaders discussed topics such as the future of EHS and Product Compliance Management as well as the role of EHS Audit and how it supports compliance management. The seminar also featured Enhesa client and guest speaker, Motoo Ohara, Head of Innovation at Omron Corporation, who presented on their approach to global EHS compliance management.
After the seminar, attendees joined the Enhesa Japan team at a networking reception where guests enjoyed Belgian cuisine.
Enhesa’s new office in Japan is located at 4F&5F Yaesu Dori Bldg. 3-4-15 Nihonbashi Chuo-Ku, Tokyo.
