ENSR Announces New Remediation Account Director Don Clabaugh, PE
A Professional Engineer in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, Illinois and Kansas, Mr. Clabaugh has helped refineries, manufacturers, mining concerns, railroads and Department of Defense clients to manage complex environmental liabilities for the past 21 years. He selects and manages large teams of professionals and negotiates with regulatory agencies to develop alternative remedial approaches that meet client goals, as well as regulatory and community requirements.

Mr. Clabaugh's technical experience comprises more than 100 complex site investigations with multiple receptors and a broad range of chemicals contamination, including VOCs, PNAs, heavy metals, pesticides and petroleum hydrocarbons. He is an expert on quantitative analysis of groundwater flow, chemical transport and hydraulic engineering and an experienced expert witness for environmental litigation.
Mr. Clabaugh has a MS in Engineering Geology from the University of Akron and is a member of the National Groundwater Association of America.
