ENVEA Group marks its 40th anniversary and celebrates its worldwide team of staff awarding them with 40 free shares of the company
2018 is a significant year for the ENVEA marking both the 40th anniversary of the founding of the group and the successful launch of the new global envea™ brand. Founded in 1978 by Francois Gourdon, now group President, ENVEA has operations in France, Italy, Germany, UK, USA, China and India, and employs over 600 people across those locations.
To mark the 40th anniversary of the company, and in recognition of the immense contribution that its dedicated team from around the world have made towards achieving this milestone, the company is proud to announce a significant investment in its team by awarding 40 free shares to every employee of the group on 2nd July 2018. This gift, which will cost about €2million, will be awarded to all staff at all levels and all locations demonstrating ENVEA’s commitment to sharing the value being generated with the team that is helping build it.
From July 1, the name of the company will change to Envea, nearly 40 years to the day after it was founded with just three employees.

ENVEA offers advanced monitoring equipment with full turnkey capabilities that not only delivers accurate real-time data, but also provides long term reliability operating in the harshest conditions. It is a world leading manufacturer in the field of air pollution monitoring, emission and process (gas analyzers, dust monitors, solids and flue gas flow meters...) completed by environmental DAHS, processing & reporting software. Its next big contract is to supply pollution monitoring stations in Qatar, which will host the 2022 football World Cup.

Altogether, the Group companies are manufacturing and commercializing worldwide under the trademark enveaTM the most advanced analysis technologies for gas, flow and particulate measurements.
