The Clean Air Act enforcement priorities include enforcement at coal-fire power plants, ethanol plants, petroleum refineries, wood products companies, and bakeries through a Bakery Partnership to work on ozone depletion.

Enforcement measures highlighted under the Clean Water Act include storm water runoff, and combined sewer overflows. Under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), enforcement priorities include mineral processing and mining and financial requirements for closure of hazardous waste facilities.
