‘Fully baked’ sustainability using decision analytic principles and ecosystem services
When baking in the kitchen, the ratio of ingredients determines the outcome (bread, pie crust or cake) and its culinary success. Starting with the same ingredients, the ratio of flour, eggs and butter determines whether bread, pie dough or cake batter is made.
